Breathing Exercises: Breath in and out through one nostril for 10 seconds, then switch. Each time you repeat, focus on slowing your heart rate.
Practice in the same room you will be performing in later on to get used your surroundings and the sound the room creates.
Imagine you are alone in your practice room, not in front of an audience.
Often there are no substantial consequences for making a small mistake.
Focus on the good. Everyone is there to listen to your strengths.
Practice bowing for applause. How will you bow? Where will your instrument be? How long will you take in between pieces? Make sure your feet are together, and practice in front on a mirror/family/friends.
Dress professionally! Long skirts, stockings, black socks, dress shoes, long sleeves, and be conservative.
Take your time, there is no rush. The audience will wait

Practice what you want to hear in your performance, do not practice mistakes.
Do not run through all your pieces and call it a day. Work on the troublesome spots, improve yourself, and make the piece sound beautiful.
Practice with confidence, that way you will play with confidence at the performance.
Play in whatever clothes you are planning to wear to the concert to see if they are comfortable and not constricting.
Play in front of multiple people to get used to playing for an audience.
